SSR not working after update to Angular v9 and latest NestJS

There was a breaking change to how `@nestjs/ng-universal` bootstraps. I updated to the new format in https://github.com/DevIntent/candidate-report/commit/adad1ebc3115a73deda101d3b94127903180b0f8, but there appear to be more changes needed to get it to render. There are no errors atm, but it doesn't work (nothing SSR renders).
