Create system tests for whitelist validation

In #93 I added whitelist validation. However, the real server reads the whitelist from the main branch of github, so I wasn't able to create them at that stage, but they should be added.

Acceptance Criteria

• The blank system tests in created in Add server validation against whitelist #93 are filled out
