Currently the theme is based on many default as given by Bootstrap and thus quite white. It would be nice to add:

  • a darker option parallel to the current light theme, and
  • adapt the theme based on the user's OS setting.

It probably makes sense to wait until Bootstrap supports the prefers-color-scheme setting by itself (which does not seem to be planed before v6).
