Feature request: search in current context #2332
Description
In addition to the main search tab, it would be nice to perform a search in whatever the current context is. Apologies if this is already possible and I missed it!
Some examples/use cases:
- If I'm in my main timeline, and I know I saw a post earlier today, I'd like to be able to search just posts in that timeline
- If I'm viewing my own profile and trying to find a post I wrote ealier, a search in this view would help
- Similar to my own profile, if I'm viewing another user's profile and browsing their posts, search in that view would be useful at times
Presumably this would be a local-only search against cached posts, so if you haven't scrolled past it recently, it wouldn't show up in search results.
I always hate comparing one app to another, especially when they're both great, but this is something that Ivory does well, so somtimes I switch over just to do a search.
