Inline IME stops working when moving window

Problem

At least the Korean IME on Windows stops being able to edit the characters inline the moment I move or resize the window. Tabbing out and back in seems to fix the problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Be on Windows.
• Enter the Korean IME
• Type something
• Move the window
• The IME is now broken.

Expected behavior

It should not break.
