BigInt compatibility for Pyodide DCP workloads

Ensure that BigInt, and equivalent very large integer values and operations - both in Pyodide on DCP, and in Bifrost local JS+Python processes - are fully supported and interoperable, ideally without explicit user intervention when needed (though this condition may be a heavy ask).
