I think the setup should be like this, but I am not sure:

labels:
  - traefik.enable=true
  - traefik.http.routers.domain1.rule=Host(`domain1.com`)
  - traefik.http.services.domain1.loadbalancer.server.port=3000

  - traefik.enable=true
  - traefik.http.routers.domain2.rule=Host(`domain2.com`)
  - traefik.http.services.domain2.loadbalancer.server.port=4000
