Create option to get latest version or stable - Dokploy Templates

Hi,

It will be handy to get an option to install stable version or latest version, I know its handy to have it in the unique Dokploy UI

The advantage of the templates, is that you can update the templates yourself manually by changing the version, but you have to be careful, they might have breaking changes and break your application.
