[FeatureRequest]: Execute button in gcode editor #493

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's really annoying to have to save/exit, menu dive, edit, save/exit, menu dive,....
This really wastes time and makes writing and testing macros frustrating.
Describe the solution you propose.
Could you please add a "Test" button in the gcode editor which uploads it and executes without exiting the editor. PLEASE!

Ex. A workaround exists but it is tedius, for example...
