Separate USB copy logic.

Refactor the RemovableStorageHandler out of the main Logger Code, to be executed by UDEV script on mounting of USB drive.

Save some processing time in the logger script and hopefully improve the Python launch time.

Stopgap - move any exclusive imports used for the RSH into the RSH class to reduce initial load time.
