DepoCuration 1: New reported traits & assign to studies #43

Description

@sprintell

Must have
Curators need to be able to search for existing reported traits. If no appropriate traits exist, curators need to create new ones. Also should be able to view, edit, and delete reported traits. This functionality already exists in the curation app (“New Disease Trait Page”).

Curators need to be able to assign reported traits to studies. The functionality to do this in bulk already exists in the curation app (“New Disease Trait Page”).

Curators need to be able to review the assigned traits together with study metadata, for all studies of a publication.

Submitters need to be able to enter free text reported traits directly into the template without restriction (ie regardless of whether they exist in the db).
Curators need to be able to review and correct submitter-assigned traits. Traits entered by submitters that do not exist in the db should be highlighted to curators.

Should have (before curation app is retired)

Curators also need the ability to add traits to a single study, without having to upload a list of GCSTs into the New Disease Trait Page. This feature exists in curation app.

For (5) some curators requested that this is done by typing traits into the spreadsheet. If so, curators should not be able to publish studies with non-existing traits. This needs to be compatible with (4).
Other curators requested a drop down list to select from similar to the current functionality. I think it would work well to add additional functionality to the existing New Disease Trait Page to allow (3) and (4) from a single entry point.

Note, some bugs need fixing in the “New Disease Trait Page”
