Populate and give summaries #4
Description
This idea is a bit rough, not sure if it makes sense or not:
Allow irc members to add "summary points" when decisions are made, or to sum up a long period of discussion. Then, when a member logs on or unidles, instead of reading through a potentially long and twisting backlog, get a summary of points from the bot for a set period of time.
