GENERIC_SIM's schema does not generate a runnable config in emod-api.get_default_config_from_schema #94
Description
in Generic-Ongoing branch of DTKTrunk, defaults in the schema create a runnable config.json when emod-api's get_default_config_from_schema is used. In EMODHub's EMOD, it does not and needs Incubation_Period_Distribution and Infectious_Period_Distribution and their respective parameters to be set before you're able to run:
config.parameters.Incubation_Period_Distribution =
config.parameters.Infectious_Period_Distribution =
This isn't a requirement and we do not want users to be using it at GENERIC_SIM anyway, but wanted to document this discreptancy
