Generated CTF Files do not match formatting of Original CTF files

Line 2 should have a Tab between the EMsoft and the rest of the line so that it can be parsed correctly.

Lines for XCells, YCells, XStep, and YStep have their values space padded. Please remove the spaces that surround the value.
