Link tab - clear instructions/fields needed where the Access or Documentation links (HTML) should be provided

In the Links tab is should be clear how user can add Access link to the source products (if stored externally) and the documentation. Also the place where to add the child link to the collections from PRR should be provided as it is part of publication process.
