Parsing of filter-lang query parameter.

The filter-lang query parameter does not parse correctly and the PairSearchRequest.filter_lang always shows the default cql2-text value regardless of the input.

This seems like a problem with the model field alias.

Sort of. Both cql2-json and cql2-text filters go through the same route. They are passed to cql2.Expr and then converted to cql2-json understood by the DB backend. I just removed the "if cql2-text" (pointless and confusing if the filter-lang is always the default cql2-text) and fixed parsing of the pair-search specific features not understood by cql2.Expr.

Once the filter-lang we could review that part and add some extra checks, e.g., that the cql2-json filters is really JSON.
