Various Pull Requests for new Controllers

I just completed several pull requests adding support for various new controllers.

Most from the requests for new controllers mentioned in the issues. Its up to @EPMatt now to merge them into main.

You won't be able to use them from the PR's themselves with the corresponding hooks since each depends on the corresponding cover/light/media_player.yaml which are incomplete in themselves. You will be able to use them standalone for custom actions though.

• 2025-02-20: Added support for IKEA E2201 RODRET Dimmer. (@yarafie)
• 2025-03-01: Added support for IKEA E2213 SOMRIG shortcut button. (@yarafie)
• 2025-03-02: Added support for IKEA E2123 SYMFONISK sound remote, gen 2. (@yarafie)
• 2025-03-02: Added support for Tuya ERS-10TZBVK-AA Smart knob. (@yarafie)

I've completed what I set out to do as a challenge for myself so enjoy.
