Collection of custom charts and maps differences

• Xcube server - analytics part define either in core eodash based on example link or define a new process for all indicators
• ESA Sentinel-1 for Science Amazonas - update catalog generator to allow pair-wise creation of TIME entries in WMS: dimension (as a new collection config parameter)
• subcollections are still fragile - Landsat L2 Cloud free Antarctica for example, needs investigation
• PALSAR-2/PALSAR Forest/Non-Forest Map - custom WMTS layers override for each DATE -> probably will be fixed by raw entry and eoxmap config - Allow to visualize raw resource from eox-map layers config eodash/eodash#200
• Land Surface Temperature (Sentinel-3 SLSTR L2) - interval not added to the URL (only TIME=start) is; we need TIME=start/end-1second, same solution is ESA Sentinel-1 for Science Amazonas
• geodb data with inputData mapping to visualization - TBD how to solve
