Add references to component repos from core_architecture docs #60
Description
The docs in core_architecture were written before we had repos for each component. They need to be updated now that we have the following repos.
- esgf/esgf-vocab
- esgf/esgf-playground-utils
- esgf/ESGF-Playground
- esgf2-us/stac-transaction-api
- esgf2-us/west-consumer
- esgf2-us/west-discovery
- esgf2-us/event-stream-service
- esgf2-us/esgf-validate
At some point, we also might want to add a guide to these in the docs folder.
