Primer Section 4

In section 4 of the primer, we talk about classification methods. Often classification and environmental indices are used together, should we add that into the primer and/or find another home for it?

@laurabrenskelle @timvdstap and I spoke about this and we weren't quite sure where to go with it. We kicked it to the next milestone to create more time to figure it out, since it's an addition of information.
