NO idea how to handel a form with 3 input fields

i would do somthig like this:

<inputfield_day>
<inputfield_hour>
<inputfield_minute>
<submit>
</form>

var1=input_day;
var2=input_hour;
var3=input_minute;

but no idea how.

work's but looks strange and it's not user friendly. (like in example from https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-esp8266-input-data-html-form/)

is there a solution on your ESPAsyncWebServer-Library...?

ESPAsyncWebServer is a web server.
It won't help you write html code and has nothing to do with that.
