Claiming namespace [Kilo]

I want to become the owner of the Kilo namespace. We have developed a set of Kilo-related plugins in VS Code. I need to move the cursor to

This morning I accidentally created the Kilo namespace using my personal account instead of the Kilo public account. Can you help me fix this?

so the Kilo namespace is currently owned by ZhichaoOuyang and kilovscode: what should be changed?
if you want I can remove this namespace so that you can create a new one with your correct account, but you already have 3 extension published in the current one
