Claiming namespace watchapi

I am the owner and maintainer of the WatchAPI project.

I own the domain watchapi.dev and publish the WatchAPI VS Code extension under the same name.
This request is to claim the “watchapi” namespace in Open VSX so I can publish and maintain official extensions for this project.

My Open VSX account is already created and logged in.
