Update the README of the packages with the new Andino website #257

Desired behavior
Now that we would have the Andino website, it would be nice to update the README of the packages to point to the different pages of the website.
Implementation suggestion
The content of the README is already migrated to .rst files on the website (there are some things that still need some improvements), so we can directly add a description of the package on the README and point to the different pages that explain the corresponding topic.
It would be nice to add the website to this repo too (you would need admin permissions to do so).
