Playbook Submit does not work on Safari

Self hosted using the latest main branch 56eb096. Pressing Submit button on the Playbook page when adding a new entry seems to do nothing. Tested on an older and newer Mac. Submit button on other pages seem to work fine. Editing an existing playbook entry also works in Safari.

The button always works while using Chrome on the same macs.

A guess would be the problem is in the date picker. I have not investigated, but the date picker seems to work strangely for me in both Chrome and Safari. So perhaps that is throwing off the validation/Submit logic.
