Add unit/integration tests for CLI

Initial integration tests now run, following changes to the CLI to enable disabling SSL.

Currently test login, upload (implicitly) and summary.

To add:

• queries (-q)
• upload (explicitly)
• download
• Summary options (summary -p
• exec
