Kajiya does not compile on windows 11 arm64 on Qualcomm 8cx gen3
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Clone main branch
Run command:
cargo run --bin view --release
See error: could not find native static library kernelaarch64-pc-windows-msvc, perhaps an -L flag is missing?
Expected behavior
Kajiya compiles successfully
