If you enabled Debug Mode, you'd be able to see important data that could be helpful for Developers, such as:
Showing encryption keys on startup
Showing your theme's save keys/data (if possible)
Special HUD that could show data related to tag or the level (eg: tag's folder name)
The "It is not recommended to have a block's scale less than 1" message in the console (or a popup)

I don't see why a developer would need to know about encryption keys or theme save keys and what not, since ideally that would all be stable anyways, however some general debug stuff would be nice
