I was literally just playing the game and then the game just for some reason thought I was afk

If you weren't hitting any inputs, thats why, were you hitting inputs, or were you just sitting on a ledge with a emote or something

after the round ended it happened

I don't know how this could have ever possibly happened. Are you sure that a moderator on the server wasn't trolling you, since it seems that thats happened multiple times now.
