[Bug] 生成的config自己无法读取

在之前有自定义的config的情况下

Reproduction 问题复现
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
通过以下步骤可以复现问题：

1. 使用我发的第一个文件作为config运行程序
2. 在反应堆界面新建一个反应堆
3. 保存并退出
4. 启动程序会立即报错

Expected behavior 期望行为

请说明没有 bug 时，程序的预期行为
每次保存并退出后再重进时程序能正常运行

conf后缀传不了，我转成txt了
reactor.txt
（这个只存了元件布局的配置文件，没有设置反应堆，程序可以正确识别，重启也能正常运行）

reactor.txt
（这个就是我在前面那个配置文件的基础上新建反应堆后立刻保存并退出后生成的配置文件，程序无法正常运行）

如果不保存并退出可以正常使用，但是退出后或者OC意外重启后每次都得重新配置整个系统
