Install Git on your computer. Find the links below to install Git on different platform:
a. Windows
b. Linux (should already be available on Linux)
c. Mac (should also already be available on Mac)

Create a Github account using this url: https://github.com/join. You should see the following screen after you successfully created a Github account.
