Issues tracking for rendering

Current state of the tool cannot render these

• Banner
• Bed
• Chest
• Decorated Pot
• Sign
• Shulker box

Turns out that the version of deepslate is too old... I think.
In my testing, upgrading to newest fixed (at least the chest rendering, haven't tested too much) rendering.
Had to do a lot of weird changes for the upgrading changes though, might be a bit hacky...

Preparing to make a PR, but deepslate is weird: after version 0.14.0, unpkg starts having problems, which I assume is because it serves with a text/plain header for a cjs file. Locally copying the file works perfectly fine though.
On a side note, beds also render, so I assume the approach (updating) works.

Ok it's a bug in unpkg, and a workaround is to make everything ES modules, but that's a really big change (involving redoing the event handlers) (and for some reason I can't find the module form of md5). The workaround mentioned in the bug report doesn't really apply here.
