Extending enabledDates to include time as well

I understand dates can be provided with enabledDates to limit the dates user can select. But is it possible to add a time limitation to each individual date as well?

For example, on date 1, I only want 8 am to 6 pm to be available, and on date 2, I only want 9 am to 5 pm to be available, etc.
