[Possible bug] Manually entered time is not kept when editing

Hi,

Here is a demo of the time picker (and I have also reproduce the problem on the demo)

Problem:
Manually enter a time is not kept when editing using the widget
To reproduce
Enter a time manually 18:00
Open the picker the time is not 18:00 and it should be

Note : I have also tested it on the calendar and this kept the manually entered date

Based on the code I provided is there an option to fix the problem or it this a bug?
This is blocking i cannot use your plugin because of this
