Support multicast delegates: Call/Bind #29
Description
Although sk recognizes the MulticastDelegate type, it doesn't expose the methods that allow you to Call or Bind the delegate. At the least, we should be able to call a delegate. Ideally, we would have parity with BP control of multicast delegates.
