Reverse the order of the reproduction steps

More often than not only the last couple of steps are interesting in a bugreport - and maybe the very first step to see what was the first function under analysis.

It would be more ergonomic if the list was reversed.
I would also add a Jump to the beginning of the report button beside the Jump to report one.
So, one could quickly navigate the list from both directions.
