Describe the bug
I can not store my report onto my server, i dont care if my file has changed, it is excluded via my skip file regardless, why is a warning causing the command to exit?

To Reproduce
i have a version.hpp, that will get updated sometime via my cmake, and the file is in my skip file, if i generate a html report it is correctly skipped, but becaue of this i can not store my results.
- Run command '...'
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
Expected behaviour
store just pushes, or give me atleast the option to ignore the warning
