Add IsAttachmentsVisible Bindable Property to FeatureFormView

Having the Add Attachments button is not always desirable. This appears even if the layer does not have attachments. What would be nice is a Bindable property on the FeatureFormView that one could set if the AddAttachments button is visible

The button shouldn’t show if the form doesn’t specify it or the service doesn’t support it. If that happens it’s bug. If that’s the case I’d love a repro

Perhaps I am looking at something wrong. But the the feature service used by the sample app does not have attachments

But in the sample app the button is visible.

@ramtechjoe I assume you're seeing this on .NET MAUI?

Looks like UpdateVisibility is called from onapplytemplate on wpf/winui but missing from maui so the initial state is never set if the attachments are not there to begin with.

Just wanted to confirm that in 200.7 version of the toolkit the behavior is correct.
