input-number: `icon` color to be customized by an independent token

Actual Behavior

When defined, icon color is inherited from --calcite-input-actions-icon-color creating a uniform color for icon & actions in input-number. Users cannot customize icon color if needed.

Expected Behavior

icon color to be customized by an independent token --calcite-input-number-icon-color similar to input-text & input components.
