Add the ability to hide the pencil icon in order to make the inline-editable component looking like a label.

We have an issue to deprecate Inline Editable and build the functionality into individual components like Input (issue: #6153).

I do wonder if some of these Inline Editable requests could be functionality we add to our Slider? I know we have a few related (#2991 and #11980 for editable labels, #6645 for multiple stops, etc.)

The Maps SDK's slider is being converted to component right now, so I'm looking at solutions that can be implemented in a close future. The custom inline editable we have right now doesn't deal with localization which is an issue.

When Calcite's slider is on par with the SDK's requirement we would be able to deprecate the SDK one.
