Add tooling or examples for using storybook/chromatic interaction tests
This will aid us in being able to open modals/popovers/dialogs/etc.
The specific use case is for ensuring the timing of these components being opened. When we use the top-layer we need to ensure that these components are opened in the correct ordering so that the most recently opened is displayed on top. This will ensure our stories remain consistent.
