Add background variable support for multiple components

Description

Some components would benefit from component tokens to define background properties (not just for color). Background variables can be used to change properties like gradients, images, patterns, etc.

These variables would not replace existing background-color variables.

Acceptance Criteria

Button:

• --calcite-button-background added

Card:

• --calcite-card-background added

Scrim:

• --calcite-scrim-background updated to accept all background values
• --calcite-scrim-background-color added

Table:

• --calcite-table-selection-cell-background added
• --calcite-table-number-cell-background added

Agreed - I think for Card we can get by with [selected] for users to adjust based on state (not a separate token for the bg of the selection affordance)
