Feed cooldown for multiple groups

Hi there, I know that you can apply a cooldown to commands, e.g
command-cooldowns: feed: 10 # 10 second cooldown
But what I'm looking for, is a way to have e.g one group have 15 minute cooldown to the command /feed, and then another group have a 10 minute cooldown for the same command /feed

I'm sorry if this is a very obvious thing that I just missed :)
