Expand anti slavery module

Currently there's only an option for the US Tariff act list but I think it should be expanded to include lista by other countries as well.

Brazil, for instance, has an enslaved labour dirty list of people and companies who were convicted for employing people in slavery-like conditions. (available in pdf, xlsx, and txt)

I think that there should either be a module specific to that list or that it should be included together with the US Tariff module.
