Proposal: Rename "provisioned" to "aws" and "byoc" to "k8s"

I’d like to suggest updating Daft terminology to more accurately reflect the underlying technologies. The proposal is to replace:

• provisioned → aws
• byoc → k8s

Potential Benefits:

• Clarity: Clearly indicates that Daft uses AWS and Kubernetes.
• Consistency: Aligns naming with widely recognized industry abbreviations.
• Reduced Ambiguity: Simplifies understanding for users and contributors.

This change would affect documentation, CLI arguments, and configuration files. I welcome your feedback and further discussion on this suggestion.

Thanks for the input! We're choosing to go with provisioned and byoc because we plan on supporting more underlying technologies in the future; aws and k8s are just want we currently support.
