Translating custom validation messages

Many thanks for having included the possibility of translation in this module. This is exactly what I need.

There is just one thing I do not know how to get translated: The validation messages in ChangePasswordForm.

I have tried to re-map this class to a customized one in my own module but failed. Do you know of any simple way, which would not require that I completely clone your module just to change a few lines of code?
