Currently, polysets for macro elements arising from cell dissections that split edges in half (ie type 1 in #545) are called PolysetType.macroedge. The proposed name for those arising from splitting at each vertex (ie type 2 in #545) is PolysetType.macrovertex

Come up with sensible naming for macro polysets. Currently, I'm calling them PolysetType.macroedge (for 1) and the proposed name for 2 is PolysetType.macrovertex
