Test driven optimization problems #3
Description
In GCE (a client framework of ml) a new problem class, the test driven optimization problem, became evident. Essentially it defines the problem as a list of tests to be solved, ex. classifying a maximum amount of images with the correct label.
Extract the related classes from GCE and integrate it in ml.
