Remove articles about TensorFlow, as it no longer exists in the current FTC SDK

The articles specifically about TensorFlow should be removed, and any articles referencing TensorFlow should be adjusted.

I don't know that I necessarily agree that articles should be removed entirely.

They contain documentation that would be hard or impossible to come by via other means, and users who may for some reason want to use a prior version of the SDK that does support TF may be frustrated by the wholesale axing of the documentation.

I would favor marking it as archived with a note that the last SDK that supported TF was the v9.x versions.

Moving it to the archived documentation (https://ftc-docs.firstinspires.org/projects/ftcdocs-archive/en/latest/index.html) is probably the best bet, it even matches well with what other docs were moved to the archive.
