Улушить движок чтобы перки работали и для напарников.

You mean which vanilla perk works if added to PerksList in sfall-mods.ini?

I want to make perks work for PM. engine for PM perks are provided, but they do not work because of checks on the player.

I guess you mean adding perks with critter_add_trait(PM_ptr, TRAIT_PERK, PERK_foo, x)?
PMs can keep perks in their data block?

Yes, also saved to save game.

Эта затея с перками является очень сложной, т.к. придется взламывать очень много кода в движке.
Можно сделать только для некоторых перков, где взлом кода будет минимальным.

Полноценное использование перков партийцами будет возможно, когда код механики игры будет реализован/перенесен в sfall.
